St Christopher’s Hospice (in South East London) have commissioned Quality Improvement (QI) Training from Claire Henry Associates for the past 3 years.  The interactive online training is very engaging and has supported Nursing staff, Physio’s, OT’s, Social workers, Paramedics and Administrators to have the confidence to develop an idea in to a QI project.

1-1 Coaching sessions have enabled individuals to progress their work. It’s been exciting to see how many QI projects have made a positive change to the way people work and ultimately improve patient care and experience. Evaluations have shown an increase in confidence with QI methodology.’
